How to Update Bank Account Details

A guide to updating Bank Account details for Settlement and/or Debit.


To request a Change of Settlement / Debit Bank Account details, follow the steps below:

  1. Complete and return the relevant Change of Bank Account form based on the Country that your business is based in (forms are listed below), along with a bank issued Account Statement or Bank Account Deposit Slip/s for the nominated accounts. Online statement copies are not accepted.

  2. Forward the Change of Bank Account form along with statement document to admin@worldpayforplatforms.com (for Australia/New Zealand) or supportuk@worldpayforplatforms.com (for UK) to be reviewed by our Risk and Compliance team.

  3.  Notification of approval or rejection.

    1. If approved, Bank details will be updated within 2 business days and you will be notified by email by our support team.

    2. If rejected, information clarifying reason and what is required will be forwarded.
